At 12 noon, when the stage is invaded reggae and dancehall sounds of BASHMENT KINGZ SOUND DJ's, RINGO RINGVEE & LAMAN aka TARRVI.

During breaks between bands, music is played from the top of the radio building, by one of Estonia's pioneering soundsystems, the legendary NEURONPHASE: ANTI AAVER, EERO MANDER, TRISTAN PRIIMÄGI & KALEV K.

FLECKFUMIE >>
Fleckfumie is a good example of Berlin electronica - a subtle digital blend of Fumie Tsuji’s japanese vocals and Nick “Fleck” Gloeckner’s digi-folk guitar playing. The year 2004 saw Fleckfumie touring Japan with Mice Parade and HiM, by today they have released a wonderful new album called “Starcloud, Moonsky and Ocean”, released by a Japanese label Afterhours. Compulsory to everybody who is moved by Kohvirecords artists like Pastacas and Galaktlan.

From The Morning | Skyswimmer

KUBA >>
Speaking in high school terms, Kuba is a freeform essay in Latvian. It is a flavourful mix of jazz, pop and postrock, influenced by ht likes of Herbert, Tortoise, Steve Reich, Burt Bacharach, Marvin Gaye. A delicious seven-course dinner with a refined aftertaste.

Japanese Golfers | Moricone Demo

PEDIGREE >>
Pedigree are known as the pioneers of industrial music in the Baltics and their music is an explosive combination of metal, dub, electronica and darkhop. They are the originals, who are very fluent in both music and visuals.

Head Drug Rising | People From Hell

PIA FRAUS >>
Pia Fraus is a band from Tallinn. A six-member noise-group whose music is mostly influenced by the british shoegaze bands of the early 90s. Pia Fraus has released material in Estonia, Japan and the US, and they’ve been praised by the critics and indie fans alike.

Mooie Island | You Look Fine

POPIDIOT >>
Popidiot is the freshest band in Tartu. They definitely seem to have an ideological platform that they want to convey in their music. The question is: will the world listen? Or understand? They’ve had live performances in Finland and Estonia. No record yet, but the album will come out in the near future.

Microsoft | Owner Of A Lonely Heart

SHELTON SAN >>
Psychedelic noise-rock merchants Shelton San started going in 2002 and haven’t looked back since. With live performances in Stockholm, Tallinn and Vormsi island under their belt, future looks bright for the most important follower of Estonian noise-rock pioneers Zahir and ÖÄK. For foreigners, think Fugazi. Think Comets On Fire. Then think again.

Someone Dead | ...

SLIDE-FIFTY >>
Slide-Fifty is a surf-punk-pop trio who’s hammered their short anthems into Estonian youth in a very short period of time. Slide 50 means lyrics that matter and riffs that punch your lights out.

Fall Asleep | Dreams Wont Come True

VANITY BEACH >>
In order to describe their sound, Vanity Beach kindly ask you to imagine Pantera jamming with Duran Duran. At the moment, the band is recording their second album in Finland and vanitybeachers themselves say that it crushes everything they’ve done before.

The Synthetic | Fight Through The Night

ZAHIR >>
Zahir is a legendary band almost as old as the Estonian underground indie rock movement. Somehow they’ve never got their dues they deserve but now Zahir is planning to take the trophy home because their new stuff is completely mindblowing. You have nothing to lose except hearing.

Bring Me The Head Of Gwyneth Paltrow | Chickenwalk
